It’s time to prepare your stomach for the Fraser Valley’s most exciting culinary experience: Eat! Fraser Valley.
This annual food and cooking festival is a spin-off of the hugely popular Eat! Vancouver and takes place from September 16th-18th 2011. The festival will be held at the Trade and Exhibition Centre (TRADEX), which is only a 15-minute highway drive from our Best Western Country Meadows hotel in Aldergrove, BC.
This hugely popular event features Celebrity chefs, popular local restaurants, wineries, food & beverage manufacturers, cookbook authors, retailers, artisans, and many others from the culinary world.
Expect to see Iron Chef America winner, Rob Feenie, and Food Network chef and host, Chuck Hughes of Chuck’s Day Off, on the celebrity stage cooking up a storm. In addition to tons of free food samples and world-class cooking demonstrations, visitors can also check out wine, beer and spirits tasting,s and the BC Chefs Master Chef Competition. There will also be plenty of shopping opportunities for food and beverage products and cooking items.
